Cleaning & Consumables

  • Cleaning - A proper clean should not cost the earth (literally). We clean green where possible, we really do care about our environment. Products, consumables and a basic welcome pack are all included (and often some local treats or home bakes).

We will create a personalised cleaning checklist unique to your property. We really do get to know all the nooks and crannies. Each changeover will be ticked off in accordance with your checklist, ensuring quality is never compromised. 

  • The Family Team - We try our best to clean ourselves but where this isn't possible we have some excellent local helpers who are pros in getting properties guest ready & understand our high expectations. We operate strict quality control with our changeover service. As part of this we ensure we regularly clean ourselves & every fortnight we aim to spontaneously call in during a changeover. 
  • We like to show off our work too! For quality control we ask for photos after every clean. This also safeguards against any fabricated complaints (it does happen!)
